Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bistupur P.S. Case No. 215 of 2024 for the offences registered under Sections 406, 420, 409, 468, 471 and 472 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Jamshedpur. 3. Petitioner on the pretext of providing job to several persons had received Rs.50,000/- in his bank account, later on the petitioner misappropriated the said amount. 4. It was submitted that similarly situated co-accused person, namely, Mantosh Kumar Mahali, has been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court in B.A. No.5167 of 2025 vide order dated 30.06.2025. It was further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 27.02.2025. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Jamshedpur, in connection with Bistupur P.S.
