Petitioner is serving as Shastri Teacher at GHS Gatehwal, Tehsil and District Una, H.P. Petitioner belongs to District cadre Una. He preferred a representation seeking inter-district transfer from District Una to District Sirmour under 5% Inter-District Policy of the respondent notified on 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes - 2 - 20.11.2021. Since the respondents did not decide the petitioner’s representation, petitioner preferred Rajat Bhardwaj Vs. State of HP an Ors2 . The writ petition was disposed of with direction to the respondents to decide the pending representation of the petitioner. 3. Pursuant to the above directions, respondents considered the representation and issued an office order dated 21.11.2025 (Annexure P-4) rejecting petitioner’s representation for inter-district transfer on the ground that already 100 posts of Shastri are lying vacant in District Una and, it is therefore, not feasible for them to transfer the petitioner from District Una to District Sirmour. Petitioner feels aggrieved against this order. 4. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition. Permission granted. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also to stand disposed of.
