Heard, Mr. Suryanarayan Biswal, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. C. Mahanty, learned Addl. PP in the matter and perused the record. 4. After having considered the rival submission upon perusal of record, there appears allegation against p. 2 the Petitioner for sanctioning loan in favour of the informant without the same being applied for and transferring the same to his own account. Besides, the present Petitioner is allegedly found involved in Raighar PS Case No. 179 of 2025 & Raighar PS Case No. 180 of 2025 for similar type of offences. In the aforesaid facts and situation and taking into account the nature and gravity of the offence as alleged against the petitioner vis-a-vis the accusations sought to be brought against him and regard being had to the alleged involvement of the Petitioner in other two cases for similar nature and keeping in view the other circumstances on record in entirety, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the Petitioner at this stage. 5. Hence, the bail application of the petitioner stands rejected. Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of. A soft copy of this order be immediately transmitted to the learned trial Court. (G.
