After some arguments, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to move before learned Court. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the petitioner has moved ABA No.1901 of 2025, which was dismissed as withdrawn by order dated 27.03.2025 and further there is no change circumstances, in spite of that, second anticipatory bail petition has been filed. 4. In view of the above, as prayed, permission is accorded. 5. This Anticipatory Bail Application is dismissed as withdrawn. 6. It is made clear that if the regular bail application is being filed before the learned Court, the same will be considered in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this Order.
