Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that benefits in terms of the judgment in question has been released to the petitioner, however, interest on account of delayed payment of the financial benefit has still not been paid to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondents admits the above fact and submits that the interest part would be paid to the petitioner in terms of the judgment in question within two weeks. At his request, list on 16th May, 2025.” 1 Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes 2 2.
