1 14-CA-2703-25.odt IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY BENCH AT AURANGABAD CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 2703 OF 2025 IN WP/13397/2024 NAZEMA ATHER SULTANA MIRZA AZMATULLAH BAIG VERSUS THE STATE OF MAHARASHTRA THROUGH ITS SECRETARY AND OTHERS ... Advocate for Applicant : Mr. Sambhaji G. Munde AGP for Respondents/State : Ms. R. R. Tandale ... CORAM : S. G. MEHARE & SHAILESH P. BRAHME, JJ. DATE : 10-03-2025 PER COURT:- 1. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. 2. This petition seems to be filed casually without going through the so-called representation. The said representation is absolutely silent about the relief which the petitioner wants. A single line is written that some injustice has been caused with her. Issuing direction to the respondents/authorities is not a mechanical process. Same material before the Court to identify the issue that may be decided to execute. 3. As usual, on the next day after representation was submitted to respondent/authority, the writ petition is filed. Even no breathing time is given to the authority. This seems not a good practice. The Court should refrain from entertaining the petition. 2025:BHC-AUG:7401-DB 2 14-CA-2703-25.odt 4. For the above reasons, the civil application stands dismissed. 5. No procedure is followed for filing the civil application for the the same relief in a decided matter. For this reason also, the civil application stands dismissed. [ SHAILESH P. BRAHME ] [ S. G. MEHARE ] JUDGE JUDGE rrd
