Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ratu P.S. Case No. 121 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. No. 1403 of 2020 for the offences registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 27 and 28 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Sri B.C. Samad, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi.

On 17.04.2020, robbery was committed in the shop of the informant. The accused persons looted his motorcycle, mobile phone and other articles.

It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the FIR nor he was put on test identification parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from possession of the petitioner.

In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri B.C. Samad, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi, or his successor, in connection with Ratu P.S. Case No. 121 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. No. 1403 of 2020.
