Jyotsna Rewal Dua, J Petitioner seeks direction to the respondents- Fisheries Department to decide his representation dated 15.10.2025 for availing pensionary benefits. In terms of the said representation and the case set up presently, the petitioner had served for about six years in the respondents-Fisheries Department. The service so rendered by the petitioner does not meet the criteria for pension under CCS (Pension) Rules, 1972. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 2. Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had also rendered 27 years of service in the Govind Sagar Fisheries Cooperation Marketing & Supply, Federation Ltd. Bilaspur. That the petitioner be permitted to prefer fresh representation for the redressal of his grievances after incorporating proper pleadings, reliefs with supportive documents. 3.
