The present application u/s 528 of BNSS has been filed with prayer to quash the order dated 18.02.2025 passed by the Additional Session Judge, Court No.1, Sonbhadra in Criminal Revision No. 152 of 2023 (Santosh Prashad Gupta v. State of U.P. and 4 others), whereby Revisional Court set aside the order dated 11.07.2023, passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sonbhadra, whereby the application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. has been dismissed and the matter was sent for remand back to decide afresh. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copies of the relevant documents be returned to learned counsel for the applicants after retaining a photocopy of the same.
