2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Panki P.S. Case No 13 of 2025, corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 9A/2025, registered under sections 8(B), 18(B), 29 of N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Spl. Judge, N.D.P.S. Act, Palamau at Daltonganj.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that false allegation is made of cultivation of opium plant in the forest area. He further submits that co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 3450 of 2025, A.B.A. No. 5705/2025 and A.B.A. No. 5730/2025 and petitioner has no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 12 of the petition. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations of cultivation of opium plant is there.

Considering that petitioner has no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 12 of the petition and even land is being denied of the petitioner and allegation of cultivation of opium plant in the forest area is made and co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in the aforesaid A.B.As.

6. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Spl. Judge, N.D.P.S. Act, Palamau at Daltonganj, in connection with Panki P.S. Case No 13 of 2025, corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 9A/2025, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S,
