Learned Additional Advocate General informs the Court that on the strength of the compliance affidavit appended with the petition Competent Authority has passed order on the representation of the petitioner in terms of the judgment passed by this Court. Therefore, in the light of the fact that the judgment in issue now stands complied with, these proceedings are closed with the observation that if the petitioner is still aggrieved by the order passed by the Authority, he may assail the same in accordance with law.
