Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Tarhashi P.S Case No. 55/2024, registered under Sections 61/103/238 of B.N.S. 2023, modify under Sections 6 (2) (a)/ 103(1)/238(a) of B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned C.J. M. Palamau at Daltonganj. On 22.08.2024, brother of the informant namely, Mahak Singh had left his house and thereafter he went missing. On 27.08.2024, his dead body was recovered from a place near Amanat river. Suspicion was raised against the petitioner that she might have committed the murder of the deceased as she was having illicit relationship with him. Learned lawyer for the petitioner submitted that apart from suspicion, there is no other material against the petitioner on the record. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner had conpired the murder of the deceased and she has also confessed her guilt. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M.
