Heard, learned counsel for the parties. 1. The instant Cr. M. P. has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted by this Court vide order dated 25.01.2024 in ABA No.3178 of 2023. 2. The prayer for cancellation is sought mainly on two grounds. Firstly, that the petitioner was in settled possession was factually incorrect and secondly that in the Civil Suit being O.S. No.393 of 2019, neither the petitioner nor the informant was the party. The order of anticipatory bail has been obtained by making wrong statement of facts. 3. Having considered the submissions advanced, it is apparent that the petitioner is seeking review of the earlier order passed by this Court by which, the anticipatory bail application was allowed. There is no provision of criminal review. Moreover, it has not been disputed that the Opp. Party No.1 had purchased the land, in question in the year 2010 whereas, the petitioner has purchased the same plot in the year 2020.
