The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is arraigned as Accused No.1, in C.C.No.2414 of 2022 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jangareddigudem, West Godavari District, for the alleged offences under Sections 498-A, 509 read with Section 34 of the IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry and Prohibition Act. 2. I.A.No.1 of 2025 has been filed seeking to grant permission to the de facto complainant to compromise the case against the Accused No.1 in C.C.No.2414 of 2022, on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jangareddigudem, West Godavari District. 3. I.A.No.2 of 2025 has been filed seeking to grant permission to the de facto complainant, also to the Accused No.1 in C.C.No.2414 of 2022, which is pending before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jangareddigudem, West Godavari District. 4. I.A.No.3 of 2025 has been seeking to compound the offence between the parties, and a joint memo has been filed. 5 HN, J Crlp.No.7720 _2023 5. The learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned counsel representing the unofficial respondent No.2, and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing respondent No.1/State are present. 6. Today, when the matter is taken up, petitioners herein/Accused and the 2nd respondent appeared virtually online before this Court. They produced their respective Aadhar cards as proof of their identity. The learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent identified the parties in open Court. 7. Considering the same, I.A.Nos.1, 2 and 3 of 2025 and Criminal Petition No.7720 of 2023 are allowed and C.C.No.2414 of 2022, on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jangareddigudem, West Godavari District, is hereby quashed. 8. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is allowed.
