JUSTICE NARENDRA SINGH DHADDHA Order 12/07/2025 Matter comes upon a letter No. F.8/RALSA-Accounts/2024- 25/4699 dated 01.07.2025 sent by Director, Rajashtan State Legal Services Authority mentioning therein that the cost of Rs. 10,000/- as imposed by this Court vide order dated 30.04.2025 has not been deposited by the defendant so far. It is pertinent to note here that this Court while dismissing the revision petition No. 20/2024 filed by the defendant-petitioner under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC, imposed a cost of Rs. 10,000/- to be deposited by the defendant with the Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority, Jaipur. Since, the cost imposed by this Court has not been deposited by the defendant with the Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority, Jaipur so far, the said amount of cost shall now be recovered from the defendant in accordance with the provisions of Land Revenue Act.
