Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.829 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.29410 of 2024 dated 22.01.2025 that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police every first Saturday of every month at 06:30p.m., until further orders imposed is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear as and when required. 4.
