Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 72 of 2025 arising out of Mihijam P.S. Case No. 10 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 103(1), 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, Sections, 27, 25(1-B), 26, 35 of the Arms Act and cognizance has been taken for the offences under Sections 103(1), 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 27, 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Principal Sessions Judge, Jamtara. 3. On 30.01.2025 at about 10.00 pm, the son of the informant, namely, Rahul Kumar Singh was shot dead. Suspicion has been raised against the petitioner and other named co-accused persons that due to previous enmity, they might have conspired the murder of the deceased. 4. It was submitted that apart from the suspicion, there is no other material against the petitioner on record. 5. Learned Spl.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail, but he does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Principal Sessions Judge, Jamtara, in connection with S.T.
