1. Heard Mr.Mohit Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Mr.Nitansh Jaiswal, learned Panel Lawyer appearing for respondent No.1/State
2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayers:
“It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quashing of FIR No.377/2017 registered for commissiion of offence U/s 147, 148, 149, 294, 506, 323, 427 of I.P.C., and section 457 and 354 were added during investigation by Police Station Kharsiya, District Raigarh, Chhattisgarh and the entire consequent criminal proceedings, in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the present case, closure report has been submitted before the court concerned.
