In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed an affidavit of the District Inspector of Schools, Azamgarh disclosing that an order dated 23.04.2025 has been passed by the District Inspector of Schools, Azamgarh passing fresh orders in pursuance to the orders passed by this Court. The order dated 23.04.2025 has been annexed with the affidavit. Through order dated 23.04.2025, the District Inspector of Schools, Azamgarh has rejected the claim of the applicant for financial approval of his appointment. As the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The application is disposed of and consigned to records. Notice issued to the opposite party is discharged. The applicant has the remedy to challenge the order dated 23.04.2025 on merits before appropriate forum.
