For the Respondent : A.P.P 02/13.10.2025 Heard Mr. Afaque Ahmed, learned counsel for the appellant and learned A.P.P. This appeal is directed against the order dated 18.07.2025 passed in B.P. No. 937 of 2025 arising out of AHTU P.S. Case No. 04 of 2025 by the learned Judicial Commissioner, Ranchi, whereby and whereunder the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected. It has been alleged that six minor boys were apprehended at the Hatia Railway Station and they had disclosed that they were being allured and taken to Bangalore with a promise of a salary of Rs. 27,000/- per month. Submission has been advanced by learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant is in custody since 17.06.2025. It has further been submitted that charge sheet has been submitted by the Police and in fact all the boys being trafficked have already been recovered by the Police. Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail of the appellant. Regard being had to the fact that charge sheet has already been submitted and recovery has been effected of all the minor boys who were being taken to Bangalore for the purposes of human trafficking, we while setting aside the order dated 18.07.2025 passed in B.P. No. 937 of 2025 arising out of AHTU P.S. Case No. 04 of 2025 by the learned Judicial Commissioner, Ranchi, direct the appellant to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Commissioner, 2 Ranchi in connection with B.P.
