The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 3. On a secret information, 400 liters of spirit and 79.89 liters of IMFL was recovered from the field. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has been made accused only on the basis of suspicion. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23453 of 2025(2) dt.09-05-2025 2/2 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise-2nd, Samastipur/concerned court in connection with Mohanpur P.S.
