Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Namkum P.S. Case No. 116 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 25(1-b) a/26/35 of Arms Act, pending in the court of Sri Mayank Maliyaz, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. 3. It was submitted that a loaded country made pistol was recovered from the co-accused Ram Kumar Singh. It was further submitted that co-accused Ram Kumar Singh has been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide B.A. No. 6502 of 2025. It was finally submitted that name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused Ram Kumar Singh. 4. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Mayank Maliyaz, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection with Namkum P.S.
