1. Heard Ms. K. Tripti Rao, learned counsel appearing for the applicant. Also heard Mr. Ashutosh Dwivedi, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
2. The present revision has been filed by the applicant with the following prayers:-
“The Petitioner most humbly begs to pray before this Hon'ble Court: a) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the instant revision and set aside the impugned
judgment & order dated 14.06.2024, passed by the RAJSHEKHAR SONI Digitally signed by RAJSHEKHAR SONI
2 Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur (C.G.) in Misc. Criminal Case No. 450/2023 between Jasmeet Kaur Singhotra V/s Tajbir Singh Hargotra whereby the Ld. Family Court granted maintenance to the tune of Rs. 10,000/- to Respondent. b) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief(s), which is deemed fit and proper in the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case.”

Learned counsel for the revisionist/applicant submits that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the present revision is disposed of as the matter has been amicably settled between the parties.
