1. The present CRMP has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayer :- It is therefore, prayed that the instant CRMP may be allowed and the F.I.R. No. 691/2022, Police Station- Baloda, Distt. -Baloda Bazar dated 27/08/2022 and the subsequent criminal investigation initiated against the petitioners may be quashed, in the interest of justice.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has filed his Vakalatnama on behalf of the petitioners today itself before the Registry of this Court. Hence he is permitted to argue in the matter.

Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that he wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to take appropriate recourse to law as after due investigation, the charge sheet has been filed before the learned trial Court and the charges have been framed against the petitioners and they wishes to challenge the charge framing order.

4. Accordingly, the instant CRMP is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated supra.
5. Consequently, the interim relief granted earlier in favour of the petitioners stands vacated. Sd/-
