Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jirwabari P.S. Case No. 126 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109(1), 351(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sahibganj. 3. On 27.06.2025 at about 9.30 pm, the petitioner and co- accused persons are alleged to have fired upon the brother-in-law of the informant, namely, Mithun Paswan, causing firearm injury on his leg. 4. It was submitted that there is specific allegation against co- accused Chhotu Paswan that he has shot the injured. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sahibganj, in connection with Jirwabari P.S.
