Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chandankiyari P.S. Case No. 23 of 2022 for the offence registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of Ms. Tabinda Khan, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bokaro. 3. On 01.02.2022, twenty-four pieces of batteries were stolen from A.T.C. Tower Company at Chandankiyari. 4. It was submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of co-accused. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from possession of the petitioner. 5, In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Tabinda Khan, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bokaro, or her successor, in connection with Chandankiyari P.S.
