NATARAJ ORAL ORDER The petitioner has sought for a direction to the respondent No.1 to promote him to the post of Superintendent of Police. 2. This writ petition is based on an order dated 30.09.2021 issued by the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal in application No.2766/2021 by which, the State Government was directed to consider the representations of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Superintendent of Police. The petitioner is admittedly an employee of the State government and if he has any grievance regarding his service condition he has to approach the Tribunal. In the instant case, the petitioner has approached the Tribunal which has passed an order dated 30.09.2021. If the said direction issued by the - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:14126 WP No. 26672 of 2024 Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal is not considered, it is for the petitioner to approach the same Tribunal for appropriate reliefs. 3. Hence, the petition is dismissed as not maintainable. It is however, open for the petitioner to approach the Tribunal for appropriate reliefs in accordance with law. 4.
