JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 9 13-02-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State. 2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs: “i) For a direction to the respondent authority to consider the promotional benefits of the petitioners notionally from 31.12.2013 the cut off date fixed by the authority concern as there is no latches on the part of petitioners. ii) For a direction upon the respondent authority to extend the benefits in terms of monetary w.e.f. 31.12.2013, whereas petitioners are given promotion on the post of Headmaster in Middle School in the year 2016. iii) For any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioners are entitled in facts and circumstances of the case.” 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed several representations before the concerned Authority, but till date no order has been passed by the concerned Authority. 4. Considering the above-mentioned in facts, the petitioners are directed to file a fresh representation before the Respondent No.5 along with all supporting documents within a period of one month and the Respondent No.5 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioners, considering the order passed Patna High Court CWJC No.6743 of 2022(9) dt.13-02-2025 4/4 by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in C.W.J.C. No.15610 of 2018 dated 12.09.2022, after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through their counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within two months thereafter. 5.
