Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this interlocutory application has been filed with a prayer to delete the name of the petitioner no. 3 namely Shakuntala Singh who died on 26.02.2025 during the pendency of the criminal miscellaneous petition. Learned counsel for the opp. Party no. 2 has no serious objection. Considering the aforesaid facts, the prayer to delete the name of the petitioner no. 3 is allowed. The registry is directed to delete the name of the petitioner no. 3 from the cause title of this criminal miscellaneous petition and renumber the petitioner no. 4 and 5 as the petitioner no. 3 and 4 respectively with Red Ink.
