It is not in dispute that the present applicants and non- applicant No.3 are having equal shares in the compensation amount, therefore, the applicants as well as non-applicant No.3 will have entitled to withdraw the equal amount out of 50% of compensation under order granted on 26.03.2024. 4. The applicants and the non-applicant No.3 shall furnish their bank account details with the Registry of this Court. On furnishing the bank details, the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court shall credit the equal amount in their individual accounts. 5. Accordingly, the civil application is disposed off. [ Y. G.
