Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kolebira P.S. Case No. 44 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 66(C) and 66(D) of the Information Technology Act, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Simdega. 3. About rupees sixty lakhs were withdrawn from the account of Lachragarh Ajjevika Mahila Sankul Organization, maintained at Bank of India, Lachragarh Branch. During course of investigation, it transpired that money was illegally withdrawn by unknown persons. It further appears that the aforesaid amount was transferred to several accounts in West Bengal. Statements of some of the account holders have been recorded, in which, they have stated that they have given some money to the petitioner and co-accused persons. 4. It was submitted that no money was transferred to the account of the petitioner. It was further submitted that money was transferred to the account of co-accused Juhi Perween. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co- accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Simdega, in connection with Kolebira P.S.
