The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jadugora P.S. Case No.27/2025, registered for the offence under Sections 115(2), 85, 352, 351(2) read with Section 3(5) of the BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghatshila. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner happened to be the husband and the allegations are made of torture. He further submits that the petitioner has received notice under Section 35(3) of B.N.S.S. and he has also replied to the same. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the petitioner is happened to be the husband. 5. Considering that the petitioner is happened to be the husband and he has already received notice under Section 35(3) of the B.N.S.S. and he has also replied to the same and in that view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court by 03.11.2025 and the learned Court shall release the petitioner on such terms, conditions and sureties as the learned Court may deem fit and proper. 6.
