Situated at Sector-9/ 9A Bahadurgarh, to the petitioner and further directed the respondents to decide the representation dated 09.12.2024 (Annexure P4). 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, in case, the pending representation (Annexure P-4) is decided by respondent No.2, which has not been adverted to by the respondents, till date. 3. On the other hand, on advance service of copy of petition, learned State counsel appears and opposes issuance of notice of motion.
