Sarma, learned counsel for the opposite party Nos. 1, 2 & 3. 2. It is submitted at the bar that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and as per direction, both the parties have filed a joint compromised petition along with joint affidavit and upon the said joint compromised petition, I.A. (Civil) No. 1800/2026 has been registered and that said I.A. is listed before this Court today. 2.1. It is also submitted at the bar that both the parties agreed to settled the case at Rs. 90,00,000/-. Page No.# 3/3 3. In view of the settlement arrived at by both the parties and in view of the joint compromised petition, i.e. I.A.(Civil) No. 1800/2026, this Court is inclined to dispose of this application on the strength of the compromise. 4. The applicant shall deposit Rs. 90,00,000/- before the learned tribunal within a period of four weeks from today. Further, the applicant insurance company is allowed to withdraw the statutory deposit of Rs. 25,000/- lying before the registry of this Court. 5. In terms of above, this IA stands closed.
