This bail application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the applicant- Dinesh Babu, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. Case Crime No. 291 of 2020, under Sections 363, 366, 376, 120-B, 323, 342, 372, 373 I.P.C. and 3A/4 Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, registered at Police Station Bewar, District Mainpuri. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that trial in the matter has concluded and as such the present bail application has become infructuous. 6. As prayed, the present bail application is dismissed as infructuous.
