A Division Bench of this Court, by its common judgment, dated 12.10.2023, in W.A.No.724 of 2021 & batch, considered the issue of non-clearance of bills pertaining to the petitioners, who had executed works under the ‘Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme’ (MGNREGS), by modifying the order of the learned Single Judge. 2. 3. In the light of the common judgment passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.724 of 2021 & batch, in our considered view, no further adjudication is required in the present Contempt Case. 4. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
