It has been submitted that there is no other legal heirs of appellant No. 2, except the legal heirs mentioned in para 3 of the application and proposed to be brought on record as appellants. No objection has been communicated for allowing the application. In view of above, appellant No. 2 is directed to be substituted through his legal heirs mentioned in para 3 of the application as appellants No. 2(a) to 2(c), respectively, after condonation of delay and setting aside abatement, if any.
