Petitioners’ grievances are that their representations dated 20.11.2025 (Annexure P-2, colly.) seeking applicability of Inder Singh Thakur & Ors. Vs. State of H.P. & Ors.2 have not been decided till date by the respondents/competent authority. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners would be content, in case, respondents/competent authority are directed to consider and decide the aforesaid representations of the petitioners, 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2CWP No. 4830 of 2023, decided on 07.04.2025 2 in accordance with law, within a time bound manner. Learned Additional Advocate General has no objection to this prayer.
