VENKATA RAMA RAO KOTA The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a writ order or directions more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent 2 in freezing/holding the petitioners Bank Account bearing No 37104954934 current account at State Bank of India SME Branch Proddatur Town, Y.S.R Kadapa District to an amount of Rs 80,00,000/ Eighty Lakhs Only without issuing any prior notice to the petitioner and without having any power or jurdisction as wholly illegal arbitrary unconstitutional and violation of principles of natural justice and also a part from in violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India set aside the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to unfreeze/resume the petitioners Bank Account bearing No 37104954934 current account at State Bank of India SME Branch Proddatur Town Y S R Kadapa District to an amount of Rs 80 00 000/ Eighty Lakhs Only” 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the bank has defreezed the petitioner's account and that no further orders are required in this writ petition 3. Recording the said submissions, the writ petition is disposed of.
