The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 371/2025 arising out of Birni P.S. Case No. 114/2025, for the offences registered under Section 69 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned A.S.J.-VII, Giridih. 3. Petitioner had proposed to marry the prosecutrix. Prosecutrix had given her consent on the condition that her parent should agree for their marriage. It is alleged that petitioner had attempted to rape her but in the meantime, her aunt came there and petitioner could not succeed in raping her. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.S.J.-VII, Giridih in connection with S.T.
