MENON, J. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Company Claim No.219 of 2013 in Company Petition No.9 of 1981 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Dated this the 07th day of March, 2025 JUDGMENT The Liquidator has filed claim affidavit dated 17.01.2013, seeking a decree against the respondents for a sum of Rs.6,248/- along with interest at the rate of 12% per annum on the principal debt amount from 11.09.2001 till the date of realisation. 2. The 1st respondent is already set ex parte. 2nd and 3rd respondents are deleted from the party array as per order dated 07.03.2025 in Company Application No.51 of 2025. 3. Since there is no serious dispute regarding the principal amount claimed, this application is allowed and an amount of Rs.6,248/- is decreed against the respondent, to be paid along with interest at the rate of 6% per annum on the said sum from 11.09.2001 till realisation.
