The petitioner has prayed that the respondents may be directed to allot division to the petitioner as per option submitted and looking to her merit-cum-preference and also to allow her to participate in recruitment process for the post of Senior Teacher (Hindi). 4. In reply to the writ petition, the respondents have submitted that the petitioner has already been allotted Jaipur Division and [2025:RJ-JP:16692] (2 of 2) [CW-24168/2018] has been given posting in Alwar District, which is Home District of the petitioner at Government Senior Secondary School, Shahpura, where she has already joined on 19.11.2018. 5. In view of the contents of reply, no cause of action to pursue the instant writ petition survives and the same is hereby dismissed. 6.
