The petitioner has filed the present writ petition challenging the inaction of the 3rd respondent in not providing police aid and protection to the petitioner.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed O.S. No. 7 of 2023 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge Court, Palamaner, Chittoor District. However, the unofficial respondent Nos. 4 to 7 are interfering with the peaceful possession of the petitioner. In this

regard, the petitioner has filed a complaint, and the unofficial respondents have also filed a counter-complaint against the petitioner, which is pending investigation. It is submitted that the unofficial respondents are interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner’s property and that the decree obtained by the petitioner is rendered ineffective on account of the inaction of the 3rd respondent.
3. Considering the same, this Court is inclined to grant liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the 3rd respondent and seek the necessary assistance. In the event the petitioner submits such a representation, the 3rd respondent shall follow the provisions of BNSS, 2023, and deal with it appropriately.
4. With these observations, this Writ Petition is disposed off. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
