Matter comes upon application seeking correction of typographical error which has appeared in Para No.10 of the order dated 16.10.2024. 2. It is contended by counsel for the applicant that the date of issuance of the completion certificate is 16.06.1994 which finds reference in Para Nos. 4 & 9 of the order. However, inadvertently [2025:RJ-JP:744-DB] (2 of 2) [CMAP-311/2024] due to typographical error in Para No.10, it has been mentioned as 16.03.1994 in place of 16.06.1994. 3. We have perused the order. 4. Taking note of the fact that typographical error has occurred in mentioning the date of completion certificate, we deem it proper to rectify the mistake in Para No.10, 16.03.1994 be replaced as 16.06.1994.
