judgment dated 19.9.2024 passed in L.A.A.S. No.873 of 2011 and batch.
2. Considering the said submissions and perusing the common
judgment dated 19.9.2024, this Court finds merit in the same.
3. Therefore and for the reasons alike, the appeal is dismissed. No
