This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed with a prayer to direct the court concerned to expedite and monitor the further investigation of case crime no. 56 of 2023 under Sections 307, 147 IPC, P.S. Sevrahi District Kushinagar pursuant to the order dated 23.11.2024, as expeditiously as possible. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is the informant in the said case. After investigation in the matter, a final report was submitted by the police. It is also submitted that challenging the said closure report a protest petition was filed by the present applicant and an order was passed for further investigation in the matter but no police report after further investigation has been filed so far and the informant, who is aggrieved party, is running to the Court continuously. 4. Learned AGA opposed the prayer. 5. I have considered the submissions and perused the entire record. 6. It reflects from the perusal of the order sheets that the a final report was filed in the matter by the police and against the same a protest petition was filed upon which an order was passed for further investigation in the matter but no police report after further investigation has been filed so far. In the circumstances, the Court concerned is directed to obtain further investigation report within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order before it, if there is no legal impediment. 7.
