By the instant writ petition, petitioner is praying for the following: “Issue a writ, order or direction, directing the court of learned 4th Additional District Judge, Dehradun to decide SCC Revision No. 01 of 2022 (Nilofer Khalid (deceased) through LR Vs. Moti Mohal Deluxe, very very expeditiously within stipulated time which this Hon’ble Court deem fit and proper in facts and circumstances of the case.” 3. On perusal of the order sheet of the Revisional Court, it appears that regular hearing of the said revision is going on, therefore, this Court is of the view that there is no any justification to issue any direction to the Revisional court to expedite the revision.
