Heard learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed for the following relief : "i. Issue a writ order or direction in nature of Certiorari quashing the 26.12.2024 passed by respondent no.2/Commissioner Vindhyachal Division Mirzapur and order dated 20.11.2023 passed by respondent no.3/Sub Divisional Officer Robertsganj, District Sonbhadra, whereby the Case No. RST 2382 of 2015 (Ram Jiyawan Vs. Jhamman & others) u/s 229B U.P.Z.A. and L.R. Act (Annexure No.12 & 10 to the writ petition). ii. Issue a writ order or direction in nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to not dispossess the petitioners from the land in question mentioned in the foot of plaint u/s 229B U.P.Z.A. and L.R. Act." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that against the order impugned, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing a second appeal under the provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. Since, the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5.
