The petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that inspteie of informing the police authorities, no steps have been taken. Consequent to which, the petitioners being the jewellers have suffered financial loss.
Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate, appearing for the State submits that the police authorities have received two complaints. Pursuant to which two FIRs being FIR No. 240 of 2025 dated 14.07.2025 and FIR No. 264 of 2025 dated 30.07.2025 have been registered against the respondent no. 6.
In view of the fact that the police authorities have registered two criminal cases, I direct the police authorities to put in best of the efforts to unearth the truth and take the investigation to its logical conclusion.
With the aforesaid observations, WPA 16803 of 2025 is disposed of.
