This petition was heard on a priority basis and order dated 29.04.2025 was passed wherein in Paragraph No. 16 of the order dated 29.04.2025 it was observed as under:- 16. Considering the request, without issuance of notice, only to file rejoinder to the reply filed, the matter is adjourned to 19.06.2025. 2. Thereafter, the matter was adjourned to 09.06.2025, 03.07.2025, 14.07.2025, 21.07.2025 and 24.07.2025 (today). However, till date no rejoinder has been filed on behalf of the petitioners. Moreover, as observed by this Court the matter was circulated challenging initiation of demolition and since C/SCA/6119/2025 ORDER DATED: 24/07/2025 the Court had not intervened with the prayer made with regard to stay of demolition and as submitted by learned Government Pleader Mr. G. H. Virk for respondent the demolition has been done and hence the cause does not survive. 3. In view of above, since the cause does not survive, this petition is disposed of accordingly. (MAUNA M.
